Making a One Time Offer

In this issue, I will show you a technique that can be
responsible for converting a fraction of your new subscribers
into customers right away, for a work done only once!
Creating Your One Time Offer Page

You should place your One Time Offer sales page in between
the Landing Page and Thank You page.

In other words, just after your visitor opts into your
mailing list and before he or she receives your freebie
download link, he or she will see your One Time Offer page.
As the name implies, your visitor, now a prospect, will see
this offer ONLY ONCE.
Your One Time Offer is like any other sales letter, selling
your product or service. The one thing special about your
offer, though, can be that:
* It is not found anywhere else,
* It is a product that is now sold at a specially discounted
price, or
* It is a bundle of products you own or have the Resell Rights
to.
Buy or Don't Buy?

Your prospect has two choices, basically:
* Take the offer, or
* Say "no" to the offer and continue to download your free
report.
If the prospect decides not to take the offer (which happens
about 98% of the time), he or she will go on to download your
free report at the Thank You Page.
If the prospect buys, GREAT! Your prospect, who is now a
customer, makes payment and takes advantage of your offer.
After the payment is made, your prospect will be directed to
a different Thank You Page where he or she will get both the
offered product(s) and the free report you promised
earlier.
And if your sales page converts at a minimum of 2% (which is
very good for cold prospects), you can convert every 2 of 100
subscribers upfront who subscribes to your mailing list!
And if you have 1,000 new subscribers and your sales page
converts at 2%, you will have managed to get 20 customers right
away!
Of course, this is often true if your offer appeals to most
of the subscribers and that your sales letter converts at least
2% for the cold prospect market.
But this is very achievable and many marketers didn't let go
of a chance to make money upfront from new prospects.
As for the 98% of the subscribers who don't take advantage
of your offer upfront, you can still follow up with them with
different offers via your mailing list!
